Instruction draws from sacred art, mantra and japa, yoga and mudra, and advanced breathwork such as pranayama, with clear, step by step guidance to help integrate these practices into everyday life. Common misconceptions that reduce Tantra to only sexuality are addressed, reframing intimacy as a devotional and meditative way to encounter the self through relationship.
