The 2026 Tucson Walk for Apraxia is set for Riverfront Park, bringing the community together to celebrate Apraxia Stars and raise awareness of childhood apraxia of speech. 2 PMManual Cinema: The 4th WitchCentennial Hall, Tucson
Manual Cinema reimagines Shakespeare’s Macbeth as a wordless shadow epic powered by live music. The story begins on the brink of war when a warlord’s army sweeps through a small town. A young girl escapes into an ancient forest, loses her family, and is taken in by a witch who teaches her the craft. As her abilities grow, so do her sorrow and her resolve to face the man who shattered her life. Told entirely with shadow puppetry and actors in silhouette accompanied by a live score, the performance draws viewers into a world of magic, grief, and retribution. Inspired by Macbeth yet told from a new perspective, it examines the lasting marks of conflict, the people history overlooks, and the cost of vengeance for those who survive. Presented at Centennial Hall in Tucson.
