Comfortable clothing is recommended, and dancing barefoot is preferred. Instruction is led by Certified 5Rhythms® Teachers Majica Alba or Bella Dreizler, with occasional visiting teachers. Created by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is a worldwide movement practice that views motion as both medicine and metaphor for change.
